Everyone has a song that found them at the right time.
Imagine a night where you and your friends sit around a living room listening to music and sharing stories. That’s the Playlist Storytellers experience. PLST is a 70 minute experience where a curated group of people each share a personal story tied to a song. After each story, the song plays for the audience to listen to.
How a PLST show works
Four stories, curated
Our team curates four interesting people and stories for every show. Each person works one-on-one with our story director, Jacob Kelly.
Ten minutes each
We want you to experience what they felt when the song found them at the right time. Each person tells a ten-minute personal story tied to a song.
Lights down, song on
We want you to hear the song in a whole new way. After each story, the lights go down and the whole room listens to the song together.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The second life of a song
We believe that every song has two lives.
The first is the artist's story. The how and why they made it.
The second life is what it means to the fan. It's the role a song plays in someone's life after it's released.
We're on a mission to uncover the stories from the second life of a song, and give people a new listening experience by putting the fans' stories before the songs.
